Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $150 AUD within Australia

International Shipping: $30 AUD flat rate
Please note: We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or PO addresses.
When Will My Order Ship?
All orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
While we always aim to ship as quickly as possible, please be aware that during peak sale periods, high order volumes may cause slight delays. In these instances, actual delivery times may differ from the estimated dates shown at checkout.
Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
To ensure fast processing and delivery, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. We begin processing orders immediately so you can receive your gear as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, once an order has entered our system, we are unable to modify or cancel it. This policy applies to all orders placed on our website.
Do You Ship to My Country?
We currently ship online orders to Australia and New Zealand only.
If you wish to purchase products outside these regions, please visit one of our authorised online stores or contact your local dealer. Please note that we do not ship to freight forwarding companies.

Timing of Billing

Credit card payments are charged only once your order has shipped.

PayPal payments are charged at the time of order placement.
If an item or order is cancelled, PayPal payments will be refunded automatically.
Out of Stock Items
If an item in your order becomes out of stock, you will receive an email notification detailing the affected item. You will not be charged for any out-of-stock products.
